The Butler and The Maid show is the brain child of musician and comedy entertainer, Dendee. It is based on the interaction between a sophisticated, well to do, British gentleman’s gentleman, and his wife, a street wise New York maid from a not so well rounded background. The Bultler, blinded by his love for the maid seems unaware that his once impeccable standards are more than a little diminished. On stage he discreetly seeks continuous approval from the maid as he performs hilarious songs, and verbal renditions that he would once have considered vulgar and professionally inappropriate.
